In the hotel procurement managers' business, roll-packed mattresses provide shipping savings but with trade-offs: single-layer springs, weak edges, and cheap materials. Guests quickly figure out the difference. That's what gets them unhappy. Complain, you get.

Better mattress suppliers do exist, but they ship them flat: high freight costs and low margins. There are also ones who are ready to roll-pack, but who skimped on quality to be cheap.

1. Dual-spring vs. Single-spring

We have gone to dual-spring technology while your average compressed mattress uses only one spring gauge that may be suitable for one type of sleeper but not for others. In our 1.4mm micro-springs + 1.7mm base springs setup, you get both comfort and support in one mattress which can adapt to different body weights.

2. 400+ vs 100 units per 40HQ

With standard flat-pack, only 100–120 units can be carried per 40HQ. In contrast, our roll-pack is able to carry 400+ units that results in lower per-product shipping cost.

3. Reinforced vs Weak Edges

A standard compressed mattress usually sags and breaks down at the edges. We use the high-density foam edge support, a technique that maintains the firmness of the edges so that guests can safely sit in the edge area and not fall off.

4. PK Cotton Insulation

Insulation of springs using PK cotton prevents the springs from poking holes in the foam and thus noise is also dampened. Mattress life is extended as a result - a feature which is often lacking in compressed mattresses.

5. Recovery time of 24–48 hours

All you need to do is to open and stretch the mattress and give it some room. Over time, it will reach its perfect shape again and will have the same support as it did when first manufactured.
